Joe Sloan is a highly experienced Sr. Welding Engineer at TF Warren Group since January 2015. Prior to this role, Joe served as a Welding Management Consultant and Construction Consultant at CB&I, focusing on welding procedures in a nuclear fabrication facility and subcontract scope development for construction planning, respectively. Joe's career also includes a position as Quality Manager at Matrix Services Company and extensive experience as a Sr. Project Manager at CB&I, where oversight of engineering, procurement, fabrication, and field construction for major capital improvement projects in the energy and oil sectors was a key responsibility. Joe Sloan earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Welding Metallurgy from Texas A&M University between 1974 and 1978.
