Del Sroufe is a culinary specialist at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Del was previously the co-owner of Wellness Forum Health, where they served as the executive chef. Del has also been a vegan chef in self-imposed exile, exploring possibilities and looking for ways to expand their role as an educator. Del Sroufe also owned Del's bread ltd from October 1997 to August 2001 and served as the assistant manager at King Avenue Coffee House from May 1989 to October 1997.
