Salim Atay, Doç.Dr, currently serves as the President of the Human Resources Office at T.C. Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakanları Ofisi since August 2018. In parallel, Salim Atay holds the position of Associate Professor, Director of the ITU Career Center, and Advisor to the Rector at İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi since March 2013. Previous academic roles include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Marmara University from 2002 to 2013, and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Florida State University in 2008-2009. Earlier in the career, Salim Atay was a research assistant at Marmara University and a visiting scholar at the University of Nottingham's Medical Faculty. Clinical experience includes serving as a Medical Psychologist at Bakirkoy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation State Hospital and as a Psychologist at Yavuz Selim State Hospital.
