Fabien BAGNON has extensive experience in the field of information technology and public service, currently serving as Chargé de mission Etat-Major Opérateur Informatique at Enedis since September 2009, where responsibilities include leading the benchmark for Opérateur Informatique 2025 and overseeing internal control. In addition to this role, Fabien BAGNON is the Responsable RSE for the Pôle Audes (DSI) and serves as an elected member of the CFDT at the Central Functions CSE of Enedis. Fabien BAGNON also holds positions as Vice-President for Road and Active Mobility at Métropole de Lyon, President of LPA - Lyon Parc Auto, and a delegated advisor at SYTRAL, all since July and September 2020. Previously, from November 2001 to July 2007, Fabien BAGNON worked as a Chef de projet Informatique at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité. Academic credentials include a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in Acoustics and a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from INSA Lyon, completed in the late 1990s.
