Lisa Bertram has over 30 years of experience in technical recruiting and healthcare information technology. Currently serving as Vice President at SYSTEMTEC since January 2006, Lisa specializes in full life cycle recruiting, talent management, and employee relations within the healthcare sector. Prior roles include Director of Healthcare VMS and Director of HCIT - Healthcare Consulting Services, where Lisa focused on acquiring talent for large-scale HCIT and EHR projects. Before joining SYSTEMTEC, Lisa was the Managing Director at MODIS in Glendale, California, working with clients such as Disney, HBO, and Kaiser Permanente. Lisa holds a degree in Automated Accounting Principles from Watterson College and has additional education from Los Angeles Valley College and St. Andrews Parish High School.
