Tiffany Thrasher has worked in the engineering and technology field for over 13 years. Starting in 2007 at GS5, LLC, Tiffany was a CM Manager. From 2010 to 2017, Tiffany worked at Systems Technology as a Senior CM Manager, where they were responsible for all the DOD SATCOM facilities worldwide and briefing Top Executives, Deputy's, Directors, DISA, CDR STRATCOM and Joint Chiefs of Staff on a regular basis. Tiffany also designed and developed configuration management procedures and policies. In 2013, Tiffany joined Parsons Corporation as a Project Manager/ Lead Senior Configuration Manager. From 2014 to 2017, Tiffany was a Lead Systems Engineer at MITRE. In 2017, Tiffany joined DXC Technology as a Configuration Management Lead DXC, where they were responsible for identifying, collecting, and tracking configuration items and leading a group of 16+ configuration management personnel in four regions CONUS and two OCONUS. In 2017, Tiffany also joined CACI International Inc as a Program Management/ Site Lead CACI.Inc, where they were the primary customer conduit between a complex enterprise wide Information Technology contract and the Government's Communication Directorate senior leadership. Finally, in 2020, Tiffany joined SAIC as a Principal Sr. Systems Engineer.

Tiffany Thrasher received their Masters of Engineering in Cybersecurity Policy & Compliance from The George Washington University between 2017 and 2020. Tiffany also attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock between 1995 and 2004. In February 2020, they obtained a Certified SAFe 5 Srum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
