Michael Petrillo has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Michael began their career as a Manager for Petrillo's Appliances INC. in 2005. In 2016, they moved to Network Connections as a Client Relations Coordinator. In 2017, they joined HighPoint Solutions as an Infrastructure Project Manager. In 2019, they joined Arraya Solutions as a Project Manager. In 2020, they became Self Employed as a Senior Project Manager and also started working at Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI) as a Project Manager. At each of these positions, they have managed small/medium/large scale infrastructure projects, ranging from Networking/System hardware upgrades, UC Phone upgrades, O365 implementations, Company divestitures, Security (Amp/Umbrella/CES), and Cloud migrations. Michael has also acted as the delivery lead for multiple types of businesses from healthcare/pharma, Manufacturing, Managed Service Providers, etc. Additionally, they have managed customer SLAs, requirements, and expectations, and utilized PMI PMBOK methodologies to develop effective strategies for delivering projects.

Michael Petrillo attended Central Bucks South High School from 2005 to 2009, and then Bucks County Community College from 2009 to present.
