In April 2004, Elizabeth assumed the role of President with an opportunity to refine the company’s mission and vision. In her nearly 17 years as President (and 5 years in a previous role), she’s shaped the way SSE handles internal business development and how it aligns with the delivery of services and solutions.
In her time as President of SSE, she’s fostered the growth of the Learning division, leading it to become nationally recognized for the design and development for the sophistication of the eLearning, mobile learning, and blended curriculums. In the Network division, Elizabeth has expanded the firm from simply a Microsoft service-and-support partner to an industry leader in IT network infrastructure and technology management services. Her latest effort has been to expand SSE’s work in the public sector, acting as both a partner to prime government contractors and a direct service provider.
Elizabeth received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council, the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a Director at Parkside Financial Bank & Trust, a member of the Danny Amendola Catches for Kids Executive Board, and serves as an Area Director for the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO). Previously, Elizabeth has served as a trustee at MICDS and the Saint Louis Zoo. Elizabeth was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list in 2004, and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009. In 2010, she was selected as one of St. Louis’ Most Influential Business Women, an honor her mother shares as well.
