Furqan Munir has over a decade of experience in call center and BPO operations, currently serving as Call Center Operations Manager at Systems Limited since January 2012. Previous roles at Systems Limited include Manager BPO for Data & Customer Support Services, Assistant Manager BPO focusing on Automation & Digitization of physical records for the LDA, and various supervisory positions where project supervision and automation were key responsibilities.
