Mandall Johnson has a wealth of work experience in the technology industry. Mandall began their career in 1999 as a Crisis Counselor at Community Crisis Services, Inc. Mandall then moved to IBM Global Services in 1999, where they worked as a System Management Integration Professional until 2005. In 2005, they joined Insight Global, Inc. as an ACE Helpdesk Specialist, and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Shift Lead Department of Homeland Security, CBP Technology Service Desk at QinetiQ North America. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have been an Operations Manager at Systems Integration, Inc. (SII). In this role, they have implemented service delivery processes based on CBP policies and standard operating procedures with ITIL industry best practices. Mandall has also managed and coached members of their team to move it a standard of excellence.
Mandall Johnson attended Prince George's Community College and holds an ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
