Scott Redden has over two decades of experience in human resources leadership roles. Scott is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Systems Control, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at St. Croix Hospice from 2021 to 2023, leading a team of HR professionals and overseeing enterprise-wide HR functions. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Meridian Behavioral Health, LLC, where they were responsible for various HR functions and participated in mergers and acquisitions. Before that, they served as the Head of Human Resources - BTD at Otter Tail Corporation and as the Vice President of Human Capital (HR) - USA at Agropur. Scott also held leadership positions at SunOpta, Dean Foods Company, Woods Equipment Company, Emerson Electric Co., and Donaldson, where they gained extensive experience in HR management and leadership.

Scott Redden has a Masters of Business Administration - Essentials degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a BIS degree from the University of Minnesota, majoring in Psychology, Speech Communications, and Business.
