Allenca Rolim's work experience starts in 2016 when they began working at Michigan Technological University. They held various roles at the university, including Graduate Coaching Assistant for the Women's and Men's Varsity Tennis Team, Lab Assistant, Front Desk Attendant, and Teacher Assistant. Their responsibilities included coaching, planning, administrative tasks, lab assistance, and attending to front desk duties. In 2021, they joined Systems Control as a P&C CAD technician Co-Op and later transitioned to the role of P&C Engineer I.

Allenca Rolim attended Michigan Technological University from 2015 to 2021. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
