Lila Title has a strong background in design and product development. Lila'smost recent position is as a Senior Product Designer at System Inc., where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at IBM for several years in various roles, including Design Lead, Senior Designer, and Visual Designer. Lila has experience in designing for IBM Marketplace, IBM.com Reboot, and Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure products. Additionally, Lila has interned at Forum Strategies and Communications, Maloney & Fox, Ciner Manufacturing, and Anthropologie, gaining valuable experience in graphic design, PR, jewelry design, and visual display.

Lila Title obtained a BFA degree from the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design at the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2010, they attended the Studio Arts College International for a short period to focus on drawing and printmaking. In 2012, they had the opportunity to study at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, specifically in the Studio of Graphic Design and Visual Communication. Lila also holds several certifications from IBM, including the IBM Volunteer Excellence Award received in May 2021, the IBM Agile Explorer certification obtained in July 2019, and the Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator certification obtained in May 2017.
