Val Barsky has been in the recruitment and software engineering industry since 1996. From 1996 to 2003, they worked as a Software Engineer at ALP, PSC, and CBSI. From 2003 onwards, they have worked as a Lead Recruiter, Lead Technical Recruiter, and Technical Recruiter at Systegration.

Val Barsky obtained a Masters in automation of chemical processes from Kiev Technological Institute.
