Emily Wuenstel is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience in network support and client services across multiple industries. Currently at Systal Technology Solutions since July 2023, Emily has consistently focused on delivering exceptional client support and overseeing network operations across North America. Previous roles include Associate Account Director at LTIMindtree and Service Delivery Manager at Systal Technology Solutions, where Emily managed network vulnerability assessments and coordinated a team of engineers. Earlier experience at FIS involved founding and leading the Project and Incident Management Team, managing software implementation schedules, and analyzing client software issues. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Northern Michigan University and a Certificate in Data Science from Northwestern University.
