Andrew Liu is an experienced Senior Network Engineer with a robust background in network engineering and management, currently serving at Systal Technology Solutions since September 2022. Prior roles include Senior Network Engineer positions at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and Agoda International (Hong Kong) Limited, as well as managerial responsibilities in IP network planning and engineering at New World Telecom. Andrew's technical expertise was further developed at China Entercom as a Technical Manager and as a Project Manager at Genesis Voice-Vpn Limited.
