Ian Rodgers is a Global HR Specialist at Sysmex Corporation since April 2011, where responsibilities include managing and implementing corporate training programs and global recruitment strategies targeting high-caliber talent across various regions. Previously, Ian served as a Business & Economics Lecturer at Kansai University from April 2010 to March 2011, focusing on curriculum design for bilingual Japanese students and teaching courses related to economic development, global business, and trade. Ian has also worked as a Translator at Tsinghua University in 2005. Ian holds a Master of Science in Chinese Language, Business, and International Relations from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Teaching from Sheffield Hallam University.
