Emilani Nababan

Director, Sales And Marketing, PT Sysmex Indonesia at Sysmex Asia Pacific

Emilani Nababan's work experience includes roles in sales and marketing at various companies in the medical diagnostics industry. Emilani began their career as a Key Account Manager at Sysmex Corporation in 2008 and later became a National Sales Manager at the same company from 2012 to 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they worked as the Head of Sales at Roche Diagnostic Indonesia. Currently, they are the Director of Sales and Marketing at PT Sysmex Indonesia, where they are responsible for overseeing commercial and business activities and defining future growth initiatives.

Emilani Nababan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IPMI International Business School between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a pharmacist degree from the University of Indonesia in 2004 and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy from the same university between 1998 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Emilani has obtained several certifications.
