Jack Woodcraft is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse background in systems and network engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at SysGroup since November 2023, Jack previously worked as a Systems Engineer at Amazon Web Services from July 2022 to November 2023, and as a DevOps Engineer at Validus Risk Management from June 2021 to July 2022. Jack's extensive career began at Talking Business (Southern) Ltd, where roles included Technical Lead, Senior Network and Security Engineer, and Voice and Data Engineer, spanning from September 2006 to June 2021. Jack's expertise includes providing support to customers, managing workloads and training for engineers, designing secure network topologies, implementing network automation technologies, and offering penetration testing services. Jack holds a First Class Honours degree in Biomedical Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
