Harninder Athwal currently serves as a Business Support Manager at Sysco since November 2024. Previously, Harninder held multiple roles at Grant Thornton International Ltd from June 2017 to November 2024, including Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer. Harninder also worked at Grant Thornton LLP as an Executive Assistant/Business Manager from May 2016 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as a Personal Assistant and Implementation Lead at the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales from February 2013 to July 2015, and as a Probation Officer, Trainer, and Consultant at the Youth Offending Service from January 2001 to February 2013. Harninder holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Coventry University and a degree in Probation Studies and Community Justice from the University of Hertfordshire.
