Charles Cipoletti is currently serving as the Region Vice President of Human Resources at Sysco since May 2023. Prior to this role, Cipoletti was the Site HR/LR Director at General Motors, overseeing Human Resources and Labor Relations for the Tonawanda Engine Plant. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., where Cipoletti progressed from Corporate Recruiter to Director of Labor Relations, managing over 2,500 employees across 52 locations. Early career roles include positions at Vitran Express and service in the United States Marine Corps as a Motor Transport Operator. Cipoletti holds a 4-Year degree in Finance from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Butler County Community College.
