Ir¨Śne Bergstrand has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ir¨Śne started their career in 1985 as a Socialkonsulent at Arbetsmarknadsinstitutet, where they worked until 1995. Ir¨Śne then joined Nora kommun as a personalutvecklare, providing support to managers in personnel matters and leading projects on psychosocial issues in the workplace. In 2002, they became the Personaladministrativ chef at Karlskoga kommun, responsible for interpreting labor laws, supporting managers in difficult personnel cases, and implementing individual salary systems. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the F?rhandlingschef at Upplands V?sby kommun, overseeing salary policies and negotiation processes. Ir¨Śne continued their career as a Personalchef at T?by kommun from 2008 to 2015, where they worked on strategic matters for the whole municipal organization, managed the personnel department, and supported approximately 110 managers in implementing personnel policies. In 2019, they joined Sysarb AB as an Aff?rsomr?deschef, utilizing their extensive HR experience in the public sector to work on strategic development, employer branding, and salary formation. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Sysarb, including Business Developer, Marknadschef, and Senior HR Adviser.

Ir¨Śne Bergstrand has a diverse education history. Ir¨Śne first attended Socialh?gskolan ?stersund from 1979 to 1981, where they completed a degree in socionom. In 1982, they took a juridisk ?versiktskurs at Mid Sweden University.

Throughout the years, Ir¨Śne Bergstrand also pursued various short-term courses and programs to enhance their knowledge and skills. In 1997, they studied avtalsr?tt och internationell r?tt at Karlstad University and completed a course in projektledning-arbetslivs- och arbetsmilj?f?r?ndringR at Arbetslivsinstitutet. In 1999, they furthered their understanding of arbetsr?tt with a course held by Tommy Iseskog.

In 2002, Ir¨Śne Bergstrand embarked on multiple educational initiatives. Ir¨Śne received training in chefsutveckling at G?teborg management institut and completed an EU projektledarutbildning at G?teborgsregionens kommunalf?rbund. Additionally, they pursued j?mst?lldhet och arbetsmilj? and komparativ r?tt at Karlstad University, as well as arbetslivspedagogik at ?rebro University.

Moving forward, Ir¨Śne Bergstrand continued their educational journey by enrolling in different programs. In 2010, they studied f?retagsekonomi-organisation och ledarskap at Blekinge Institute of Technology. In 2011, they focused on offentlighet och sekretess at Linnaeus University. Ir¨Śne also participated in a mentorsprogram at kiK in 2014.
