Leah Case is an accomplished professional in medical writing with extensive experience in regulatory documentation. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Medical Writing at Syros Pharmaceuticals since April 2022, Leah has held multiple leadership roles in the medical writing team. Previous experience includes a tenure at Certara Synchrogenix from September 2012 to April 2022, where roles spanned from Principal Regulatory Writer to various managerial positions, focusing on crafting regulatory documents for both US and international clients. Earlier in the career, Leah worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Research Fellow and Graduate Student, contributing to research projects and laboratory protocols in molecular physiology and biophysics, ultimately earning a PhD from Vanderbilt University in 2011, following a BS in Chemistry from Lee University in 2005.
