Walaa Nasser has extensive experience in community development and social support, currently serving as an Administrative Supervisor in the CEO office and Community Support Supervisor at Syria Trust for Development since April 2015. Walaa specializes in community mapping, resource analysis, and building collaborative relationships with various stakeholders, including NGOs. Key responsibilities include preparing studies for executive plans, organizing community events, providing social advice, and managing cases to ensure appropriate treatment. Previous positions include Social Worker with UNDP Syria and psychological support roles with Première Urgence Internationale. Walaa holds a Master's degree in Guidance and Social Rehabilitation from Damascus University and has completed further studies at The Higher Institute of Population Research.
