April Pascarella has extensive experience in sales and customer service, highlighted by a long tenure at Syracuse Label & Surround Printing since May 1994, where the role includes responsibilities as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, April worked at Arcom Inc from June 1983 to July 1994, serving as a Customer Service Representative while also assisting in production and engineering prototype development. Additional duties at Arcom included part-time reception work and support for accounts payable, including payroll reconciliation.
