Michael Sims, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance and Controller at Syracuse Community Health since October 2022, overseeing financial operations for a Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple locations in the Syracuse area. Prior experience includes working as an Audit Manager at The Bonadio Group from February 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included planning fieldwork, supervising staff, and managing client interactions. Michael also held the position of Program Control Coordinator at National Government Services from May 2015 to November 2017, and served as an Audit Manager at Bonadio & Co from November 2007 to May 2015. Early in the career, Michael completed an internship at United Auto Supply in 2005. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College, completed in 2006.
