Rick Davis is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently at Sypris Electronics, LLC, since August 2021, Rick oversees large aerospace projects, managing budgets, schedules, and customer communications. Previously, Rick held the same position at JenJacs, leading multiple programs and improving operational efficiency. Rick's background includes managerial roles at Gulfstream Aerospace, where oversight of the Advanced Manufacturing Group resulted in significant process improvements, and various positions at General Dynamics Land Systems, where Rick directed significant projects related to vehicle production and collaboration with military contracts. Rick's career began at EMD, where technical leadership in system engineering fostered advancements in locomotive technology. Rick holds an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Fanshawe College.
