Nicolas Maitret is a Managing Partner and Principal at SYPartners, where since 2008, leadership in multidisciplinary teams has been pivotal in transforming businesses and brands, exemplified by the transformation of WW under CEO Mindy Grossman. Maitret has also served as a Creative Director, leading design teams on projects for clients such as Target Financial Services and IBM, contributing to innovative product design and sustainability strategies. Previous roles include Designer at SYPartners, Design Lead at NoDesign and Umaé, and Freelance Designer, where Nicolas developed design tools and immersive experiences. Maitret holds an MFA in Industrial Design from ENSCI-Les Ateliers and an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
