Yann Silistrini began their career in 2008 as Gérant of LE WINE NOTE BAR. In 2016, they moved to LA BODEGA DU FRANCAIS S.L., where they served as Principal Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they were responsible for distributing French wines and ciders from Brittany in Catalonia and Spain, including the Balearic Islands. Yann was also the exclusive distributor of rosé wines from Chateau MINUTY of Saint Tropez in Catalonia. Additionally, they were the official distributor for the Val de Rance cider brand in Spain. In 2022, Yann Silistrini took on the role of Director of Business Development at SYP!.

Yann Silistrini has a Certification Bac+3 from ISCOM Montpellier in Communication (relation publiques & événementiel), which they obtained between 2000 and 2001. Yann also has a Licence from UFR STAPS Montpellier in Enseignement d'éducation physique et d'entraînement, which they obtained between 1992 and 1998.
