Lance Mald has an extensive work experience in marketing and creative strategy. In 2019, they co-founded SYP! and served as the Chief Marketing Officer. In 2017, they were the CMO of Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate llc, a pioneer in the PACE field. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Acting CMO of Kryogenesis Inc., a whole body cryotherapy startup. In 2015, they were a Creative Strategy Consultant for Time Inc. From 2014 to 2015, they were the CMO of MövMobile, a technology company with a mobile marketing platform. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Executive Creative Director North America for Avon, where they designed and created Avon's first Google on-line catalog and the design and development of the Avon Brochure's first iPad app. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Chief Creative Officer for Time Inc., where they worked with all Time Inc. brands and the company's largest advertising partners to create ideas that leveraged Time Inc. and Time Warner assets against specific marketing challenges. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Chief Creative Officer for Ten United, where they were part of the senior management team running a three office (in three states) advertising agency network. From 2000 to 2003, they were the CEO and Chief Creative Officer of EPB, where they had P&L responsibility and was part of the Executive Committee team attempting to find a buyer for the agency. In 2000, they were a Founding Partner, Creative Director, and Brand Architect for THWAP! Network, where they were part of the senior management team that launched Thwap Network! and was responsible for naming the company, designing the logo, and all branding materials.
