Shilpa Collin has a strong background in human resources and administration. Shilpa is currently working as the Head-People Services at Syook since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head HR & Admin at Ahana Systems and Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from November 2021 to January 2023. Shilpa also worked as a Senior Manager HR at Acesoft Labs India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2021 to June 2021, and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from January 2018 to January 2019. Shilpa has extensive experience in HR and payroll operations, transitions, and subject matter expertise, having worked as the Lead - Human Resource at Ascendum Solutions from August 2013 to August 2018. Shilpa also gained experience in public relations at Larsen & Toubro from 2009 to 2010 and as a Sales Coordinator at FACT Solutions India Pvt Ltd from 2008 to 2009.

Shilpa Collin attended Sacred Hearts Girls School from 1990 to 2002, though no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period. Shilpa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Telecommunication from CMR Institute Of Technology from 2002 to 2006. Afterwards, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from both New Horizon College of Management Studies and New Horizon College of Engineering, attending from 2011 to 2013.
