Caroline Oliveira is a highly experienced laboratory technician and microbiologist with a strong background in the preparation and analysis of solutions, microbiological testing, and laboratory management. Currently serving as a laboratory technician at Synvia and CAEP since October 2021, Caroline is responsible for preparing solutions, mobile phases, standard curve dilutions, aliquoting, and sample extraction. Previously, Caroline held the position of Microbiological Analyst at Instituto Nacional de Análise e Pesquisas - INAP, where responsibilities included conducting microbiological assays on food, water, air, and swabs, as well as laboratory organization, decontamination, and sterilization. Experience also includes laboratory technician roles at Grupo Arcor and a long tenure at Universidade São Francisco, where Caroline contributed to laboratory organization, technical reporting, and equipment training. Caroline holds a Doctorate in Pharmacology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, a Master's in Health Sciences, and a Bachelor's in Biology, all of which add to a comprehensive expertise in laboratory practices and microbiological analysis.
