Hugh Cauthers is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Global Director of IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery at Barnes since August 2020, following a promotion from Division IT to Corporate IT. Previously, Hugh held the role of IT Manager for the Americas at Synventive Molding Solutions and worked at Boston Properties as the Manager of Technical Services, where collaboration on projects and budgets across departments and senior management was essential for delivering exceptional IT services. Additional experience includes serving as a Technical Architecture Professional at ITT, developing enterprise-class solutions for a Fortune 500 company, and working as the Systems/Network Administrator/Engineer at Nutramax Products, Inc. Hugh holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston College.
