John Allen is an experienced executive with a diverse background in investment banking and corporate finance. Since September 1988, John Allen has served as Executive Chairman at ARC Associates, focusing on investments and private placements of equity and debt. Additionally, John Allen has held multiple non-executive positions, including Chairman at hSo and HERE Limited, overseeing telecom services and property project management, respectively. As Chief Executive Officer of Serendipity Capital from February 2022 to April 2023, John Allen specialized in impact investment and ESG initiatives. Previous roles include Board Observer at Aquapak Polymers Ltd, Non-Executive Director at Sonim Technologies and breakingviews, and Non-Executive Director at Fundcorp Holdings Ltd. John Allen holds a Master of Arts with Honors from the University of Canterbury.
