Melissa Zuleta Caicedo has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving in the role of Gestión del talento / Recursos Humanos at Syntonize since February 2019. Prior to this position, Melissa was Head of Sales at Orka Holding from September 2017 to October 2018, where responsibilities included team management, recruitment processes, and the development of talent through training. Previous experience also includes serving as Assistant Sales Director at Massimo Dutti and as Sales General Manager at Intropia, both roles focused on team management, KPI analysis, and meeting sales objectives. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal from ESIC Business & Marketing School, complemented by a Diplomatura in Diseño de interiores from Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid and a specialized course in architectural project modeling at El Centro de Formación CICE in Madrid.
