Martyna Sztaba has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martyna is currently a Co-Founder at Syntoil, where they focus on transforming end-of-life tires into industrial products using recovered carbon black. Martyna also served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Syntoil. Additionally, Martyna has experience as the CEO and Owner of Pozdrawiam since 2003. Martyna co-founded Muda Talks, a podcasting platform, and served as a board director at Liger Learning Center. Martyna was also the Editor In Chief at IT GIRLS magazine and worked as a Brand Innovation Manager at DDB&tribal. Martyna contributed as a writer for Gazeta Wyborcza and served as a TV presenter at TVP Łódź. Martyna has been involved in entrepreneurship as a co-owner of Tari Bari Bistro. Martyna Sztaba began their education at Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2003, where they studied Polish Philology for one year. Martyna then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Art History, which they completed in 2011. In 2010, they also pursued studies at The Polish National Film, Television, and Theater School in Lodz, focusing on Film and Television Production Management, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, Martyna attended The Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in 2012 and 2013, where they studied Public Relations and Strategic Communication.
