Richard Boyles has over 30 years of work experience in the credit and collections field. Richard started their career at Wacker Chemie in 1990 as a Credit Controller, where they worked for 10 years. In 2000, they joined Synthomer as the Global Process Owner for Credit & Collections and also served as the European Team Lead.

Richard Boyles attended Heathside School from 1979 to 1983, as well as heathside county secondary school during the same period. However, no degrees or fields of study were specified for either institution.
