William Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. William has worked as a Scientist at Viridos since January 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at Viridos as an Associate Staff Scientist from April 2019 to December 2021, a Senior Research Associate from April 2016 to April 2019, and a Research Associate II from September 2014 to April 2016. William also worked as a Temporary Research Associate at Viridos from February 2014 to September 2014.

Before joining Viridos, William worked at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where they held the role of Research Assistant III from July 2010 to February 2014, and as a Teaching Assistant from March 2013 to June 2013. William also worked at UC San Diego as a Teaching Assistant in August 2012 and from September 2011 to December 2011. Additionally, they served as an SD-CAB BioEnergy Intern at the University of California at San Diego in July 2010.

William Lambert earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego, attending from 2006 to 2011. William further pursued their education at UC San Diego and obtained a Master's Degree in Biology from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in August 2015, they acquired certification in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the Red Cross.
