Manana N. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

In 2015, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Associate at LTD East West Capital, where they developed face-to-face sales skills and implemented creative marketing strategies.

From 2014 to 2016, they were involved with the European Youth Parliament (EYP), serving as a Delegate, Media team member, and Organizer. During this time, they collaborated with an international team on political and societal issues, managed the EYP's social media account, and gained experience in photo editing and content creation.

In 2018, Manana worked as a Private Tutor in Statistics, SPSS, and Other psychology fields. Manana adapted to online teaching amid Covid-19 regulations and strengthened their ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an HR and Recruiting Manager at BOSTI GEÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×IA, conducting interviews, organizing staff training, and assisting the director with executive tasks. This experience taught their organizational skills and efficiency in a corporate setting.

In 2021, Manana took on multiple roles. Manana worked as an Education Mentor at Erasmus University Rotterdam, supporting students in their educational journey. Additionally, they worked as a Professional Trainer/Coach at LifeVersity, providing training and coaching services.

Currently, Manana is employed at Synthesis, where they hold the roles of Program Manager, Head of Student Development, and Facilitator. As Program Manager, they manage program delivery and operations. In their role as Head of Student Development, they are responsible for supporting student growth and development. As a Facilitator, they lead workshops and sessions.

Throughout their work experience, Manana has honed their communication, organization, and creativity skills, while also gaining international exposure and adaptability.

Manana N. completed their education chronologically, starting with their high school diploma from Guivy Zaldastanishvili American Academy in Tbilisi, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics from 2017 to 2018. Lastly, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
