Rapolas Rucinskas is currently a Partner + Strategist at Synthesis Consulting Group, where Rapolas supports clients in strategic transformation. Prior to this role, Rapolas worked as a Senior Innovation Consultant at CIVITTA, where Rapolas successfully fundraised for Lithuanian startups and coordinated international projects on entrepreneurship and innovation. As a Project Manager at Kurk Lietuvai, Rapolas implemented strategic governmental projects in partnership with the Lithuanian Government. Rucinskas holds a BA (Hons) in Social and Political Sciences from the University of York, along with additional education in Advertising and Globalisation and Development.
