Xinny P. currently serves as the Product Analytics Lead at Synthesia since August 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Analytics Manager (Growth) at GoCardless from May 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included leading Product Analytics and overseeing analytics for the Acquisition and Activation Group. Additionally, Xinny was the Lead Product Analyst (Growth) at GoCardless, being the first Product Analytics hire and establishing a framework for experimentation and user tracking. Prior positions also include Product Analyst at Wise Ltd. from October 2019 to May 2021, Product Support Analyst at Yobota from September 2018 to October 2019, and a Digital Banking Intern at Lloyds Banking Group in July 2016.
