Luciano Romanelli is an experienced professional in customer onboarding and partner success, currently serving as Customer Onboarding Manager at Synthesia since July 2023. Prior to this, Luciano held various roles at Treatwell from June 2020 to July 2023, including Partner Success, Onboarding Team Lead for the UK and Ireland, and Training Specialist Account Manager. Luciano's earlier experience includes a position as Startup Scout at Startupbootcamp from July 2019 to May 2020 and a Research Analyst Intern at Dealroom.co in the summer of 2018. Luciano's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a STEP program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
