Karen D. Rose is a knowledgeable professional in the field of Mining Engineering, currently serving as a part-time instructor at the Department of Mining Engineering at the University of Kentucky since January 2022, where instruction focuses on Mine Safety and Health Management and Processes. In addition, Karen D. Rose has been an Environmental Consultant at SynTerra Corp. since January 2019 and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at ECSI LLC from October 1992 to January 2019, specializing in environmental permitting including COE, Water, Air Quality, and SMCRA. Educationally, Karen D. Rose obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky between 1989 and 1995.
