Previously, Shatrughna held key leadership positions at Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting LLP, including Senior Partner and Global Leader for Risk in Transformation & IT Risk Management, and Chief Operating Officer at Genpact Enterprise Risk Consulting. With extensive experience in risk management and transformation across various industries, Shatrughna led initiatives at Axis Risk Consulting as Executive Director and held senior roles at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Early in a career that began in finance, Shatrughna contributed to the operational success of major firms such as Reliance Retail, PepsiCo, Bharti Cellular Ltd, and Mother Dairy India Limited.
