Howard Frank is a skilled Senior Project Geologist at SynTerra Corp since January 2008, overseeing project management, budget development, scope implementation, and report preparation while training junior staff. Prior to SynTerra, Howard served as a Hydrogeologist at GEL Engineering, LLC from April 1998 to December 2007, managing hydrogeologic assessments and coordinating field activities. Earlier experience includes working as a Principal Field Technician and Assistant Project Manager at Horsley Witten Group from September 1994 to February 1998, focusing on environmental sampling and project oversight. Education includes a Master’s degree in Geology from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
