Esther Debon serves as the BioSolutions Global Lead at SynTech Research Group, where responsibilities include managing and coordinating regulatory GEP and FERTILIZER projects since February 2010. Previous roles at SynTech involved project management and quality assurance for regulatory GEP projects and ensuring QA in GLP studies pertaining to pesticides. Esther Debon has also contributed to agricultural research as a PhD student at Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Agrarias from February 2008 to February 2010, and as a field assistant at East Malling Research. Early experience includes a student trainee position at Scientia Terrae - DCM. Esther holds a degree in Biosciences Engineering and a Master's in Molecular & Cellular Biology of Plants from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and KU Leuven.
