Leonardo Sampaio is a professional with extensive experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Supervisor de Garantia de Qualidade at Syntec do Brasil since November 2019, Leonardo has contributed to risk analysis, the implementation of improvements, and innovation using quality tools such as PDCA and DMAIC, while also reviewing process validation documentation. Previously, Leonardo worked at Softcaps - Brasil by Grupo Procaps from December 2015 to October 2019 in roles including Analista júnior and Técnico de garantia de qualidade, focusing on production line inspections in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and managing production orders. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Universidade Paulista, completed between 2013 and 2017, and also attended ITB Maria Sylvia Chaluppe Mello from 2009 to 2011.
