Svante Hultman Hedin has extensive experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as Store Operations Manager at Synsam Group since February 2020, following roles as Store Operations Specialist and Butikschef. Prior to this, Svante worked at IKEA Group for nearly 14 years, holding various positions including Learning Delivery Specialist, Avdelningschef, and Department Manager, with responsibilities encompassing personal management, budget oversight, recruitment, and store development. Svante also pursued education in football coaching at Gästriklands fotbollsförbund in 2022 and studied law at Uppsala University from 2003 to 2004.
