Prior roles include Director of Contracts at Textron Defense Systems and Senior Manager of Contracts at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, overseeing contracts for high-stakes military sales and support services. John's career began in the US Air Force as a Procurement Contracting Officer, managing classified contracts with high national priority. John holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a BS in Engineering and Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
