Renee Roth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director at Synovus since March 2019, Roth leads Customer Contact operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience, performance management, and strategic development. Previously, Roth held several prominent positions at Synovus from 1994 to 2019, including Chief Information Officer, where responsibilities encompassed directing all information technology efforts and supporting the organization’s long-term objectives. Additional roles included Group Executive, Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Bank Operations, and Director of Regional Processing, which involved significant operational consolidations and efficiency improvements across various departments. Prior to joining Synovus, Roth worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, overseeing human resources and check operations. Roth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Columbus State University.
